Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, a PSG player, has identified his favourite football player.
The Georgia international was unable to conceal his administration for the 40-year-old and spoke highly of football legend Cristiano Ronaldo.
The Georgian forward claimed that his professionalism is similar to that of the former Manchester United, Real Madrid, and Juventus players.
This was spoken by the winger in an interview with Rio Ferdinand, a former Manchester United defender, on the Englishman’s Rio Ferdinand Presents YouTube channel.
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia claimed that as a child, he frequently watched the five-time Ballon d’Or winner and modelled his playing style after him.
The Georgian remarked, “I think professionalism,” when asked what he had acquired from watching the renowned Portuguese. Since he is widely regarded as one of the greatest players in history, he served as my main character.
“But I learnt a lot from him, including how he lives, but the most important thing was his professionalism off the pitch.”
Kvaratskhelia won Serie A player of the 2023–24 season and was instrumental in Napoli’s 2023 league title victory.
He joined PSG in January 2025 after leaving Napoli, and he will play against Inter Milan in the Champions League final on Saturday.
This season, he has already won the Ligue 1 championship.
