In a grand celebration that embodied joy, gratitude, and community spirit, Chief Kingsley Kalu Okeh, Chairman of TOPRANK and President of Ogbajie Foundation, marked a remarkable milestone – 25 years of marriage to his beloved wife, Lolo Nneoma Comfort Kalu. The festivities, held on Sunday, May 25, 2025, were a testament to the couple’s enduring love and commitment.
The day’s events kicked off with a heartwarming church service at the Presbyterian Church of Nigeria, Gwarimpa Parish, where the couple worships. The atmosphere was electric, filled with friends, family, and distinguished guests who gathered to honour the golden couple.
The celebration then shifted to Chief Kalu Okeh’s Apo residence, where a lavish reception awaited the guests. The evening was filled with delectable food, captivating dances, and heartfelt gift presentations. Special guests who have themselves celebrated over 32 years of marriage offered prayers and words of wisdom, adding depth and significance to the occasion.
The Ohafia Improvement Union (OIU) was well-represented, with President General Chief Kalu Idika Okwara and top executives in attendance. Their presence underscored the couple’s strong ties to their community and the respect they command.
The women’s wing of the Okon-Aku Development Union (ODU) also played a significant role in the celebration. They presented gifts and shared inspiring testimonies about the couple’s philanthropic efforts, which have empowered Okon-Aku women to transition from poverty to sustainable businesses. Their stories highlighted the positive impact of Chief and Lolo Kalu Okeh’s generosity and commitment to community development.
The Youth wing of ODU, Abuja Branch, was equally appreciative, expressing gratitude for the ongoing N1.2 million empowerment program whuch commenced in January 2025 where so far, four lucky youths had already benefited from the initiative, receiving N100,000 each in startup capital to boost their existing businesses or launch new ventures. The room was filled with cheers and applause as the youths shared their experiences and thanked Chief Kalu Okeh for his support.
As the night wore on, the celebration transformed into a joyous harvest of testimonies and fun. Guests continued to feast and revel in the warm atmosphere, celebrating not just the couple’s 25 years of marriage but also their contributions to the community.
